Customers must have a valid driver's license that is legally accepted for riding the rented motorbike in Vietnam. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all legal requirements before riding.

For some motorbike models, different license requirements may apply. Please check the requirements for your selected motorbike before booking.

2. Booking & Payment

Rental prices are shown on our website or confirmed before your booking. A booking is confirmed after we receive the necessary information from you.

3. Use of the Motorbike

Customers must use the motorbike safely and follow Vietnamese traffic laws. The motorbike must not be used for illegal activities or transferred to another person without our permission.

4. Damage & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the motorbike during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or costs caused by misuse or negligence may be charged to the customer.

5. Cancellation & Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Cancellation and refund conditions may depend on the booking details.
